Delete your Tai Stars account and data
Tai Stars supports an account deletion path from inside the app where available, plus a privacy email fallback for families who need help.
Submit a deletion request
Use the form below to start the verification process for account deletion.
In-app deletion steps
Open Tai Stars.
Go to Settings or Family Switchboard.
Select Account, Privacy, or Delete account.
Confirm deletion.
The app will sign you out after processing where supported.
What deletion means
Deletion should remove or deactivate the account and remove household data associated with the account where legally possible.
This may include child profiles, quests, rewards, star history, and photos where legally possible.
What may be retained
Apple or Google may retain subscription and payment records according to their platform rules.
Some legal, accounting, security, backup, or dispute records may be retained where required. Processing time: [DELETION_PROCESSING_TIME].
Email fallback
Email privacy@taparialabs.com with the subject "Tai Stars account deletion request".
Include your account email, household name if known, and whether you are the parent or guardian.
Do not send unnecessary sensitive information about children.
Final in-app screen names and processing timelines must be confirmed before launch.
